The camera is used only for capturing work-related media, such as photos of cleaned rooms, maintenance work, or damaged areas, to ensure accurate task reporting and quality verification.

The app does not use the camera for facial recognition, biometric analysis, or any unrelated purposes.

Example of Use:

For instance, when a cleaner completes a room inspection, they may take a photo using the app’s built-in camera upload function. The image is attached to the corresponding task record for management review.

Storage and Access:

Captured media files are securely uploaded via encrypted connections (TLS/SSL) and stored in Amazon Web Services (AWS S3) cloud storage. Only authorized company administrators or supervisors can access these records for operational verification.

User Control:

Users may decline camera permission at any time in their device settings; however, this may limit access to photo upload features that are essential for task verification.

3.2 Location Access

The App may access your GPS location to support attendance and dispatch tracking. Tracking is active only between clock-in and clock-out. Data may be collected while the app runs in the background, but not when closed or logged out. Location data is encrypted and never sold.

Our mobile application requests access to your device’s location in order to support core functionality such as attendance tracking, route dispatching, and task coordination.

Foreground Location (While App in Use):

Location data is collected only when users are clocked in or performing active field tasks. This enables supervisors and team members to coordinate job assignments and verify task completion efficiently.

Background Location (When App is Running in Background):

The app may continue to access location data in the background only while the user remains clocked in and the app session is active. Once the user clocks out, logs out, or closes the app, location tracking automatically stops.

Purpose and Use:

Location data is used solely to verify work attendance, improve task dispatch accuracy, and ensure staff safety. It is not used for advertising, marketing, or unrelated analytics.

All location data is securely transmitted using TLS/SSL and stored in encrypted form on AWS servers. Access is strictly limited to authorized company personnel.
